Want to stop users mid-scroll with a bold message, limited-time offer, or custom intro? Splash pages let you do just that — they appear before your main content, giving you space to hook your audience or drive action before continuing. 👀💥
Let’s walk through how to create and connect your own custom splash pages in LinkFox.
🔹 Step 1: Open the Splash Pages Tab
- Log into linkfox.us
- Click Splash Pages from the left-hand menu This is your launchpad for creating all things splashy.
🔹 Step 2: Click "Create Splash Page"
You’ll now enter the customization screen — here’s what you can set up:
🏷️ Name Your Splash Page
Give it a clear name (e.g., “Summer Promo Splash”) so it’s easy to find later.
🖼️ Add a Logo
Click Choose File to upload a logo or visual element that appears at the top of the page. Branded visuals make a big impact!
✍️ Add Title & Description
- Title: Your main headline (e.g., “Check Out Our New Collection!”)
- Description: A short message or CTA to give context (e.g., “Enjoy 25% off all orders this weekend only.”)
🔘 Button Text & Destination URL
Set your call-to-action:
- Button Text: What the button says (e.g., “Shop Now” or “Continue”)
- Button URL: Where users are taken when they click
🔹 Step 3: Set Up Auto Redirect (Optional)
Want to auto-send users to the next page after a few seconds?
- Enable Auto-Redirect
- Set a countdown timer in seconds (e.g., 5 for a quick jump, 15+ for longer reads)
🔄 If you disable auto-redirect, users must click the button to continue.
Perfect for building suspense, highlighting flash deals, or adding a moment of pause.
🔹 Step 4: Finalize and Create
Double-check all your details, then hit Create to save your splash page. Your splash page is now available and ready to be linked to short links or bio pages. 🎉
🔹 Step 5: Link a Splash Page to a Short Link or Bio Page
Here’s how to connect it:
- Go to Short Links or Bio Pages
- Click Edit on the page or link you want to modify
- Scroll down to the Advanced section
- Find the Splash Page dropdown
- Select your newly created splash page
- Click Update to save
✅ Now when users click that link, your splash page appears first — setting the tone before redirecting them to the final destination.
TL;DR
Create a splash page → Add logo, title, CTA, and redirect settings → Connect it to your short links or bio pages → Engage your audience before they hit the main event. 🚀🦊
