💸 How to Add Payment Processors

Want to accept tips, payments, or product purchases right from your LinkFox page? Let’s get your payment processors connected and ready to roll. 🔥

LinkFox supports multiple payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, Crypto.com, Razorpay, Paystack, and Mollie — each one ready to help you get paid securely and efficiently.

🔹 Step 1: Open the Payment Processor Dashboard

1. Log into your account at linkfox.us
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Payment Processors
3. Click the + Create Payment Processor button (top right)

Now let’s connect the platform of your choice!

🔹 Step 2: Select & Name Your Payment Method

1. In the Create Payment Processor pop-up: Choose a platform from the dropdown (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) Give it a custom name (e.g., “Stripe Shop” or “PayPal Tips”)

4. Click Create to save and continue with setup

🔹 Step 3: Configure Your Payment Processor

Below are individual instructions for each supported platform:

🅿️ PayPal Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• Client ID & Secret
• Live or Sandbox mode (for testing)
• Webhook URL & events setup

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log in to PayPal Developer Console
2. Go to My Apps & Credentials → Click Create App
3. Fill in your app details and create it
4. Switch to Live Mode
5. Copy the Client ID and Secret into LinkFox
6. Under Webhooks, click Add Webhook Paste your unique LinkFox Webhook URL (found in the “Instructions” tab) Enable events: Payment sale completed Checkout order approved
7. Paste your unique LinkFox Webhook URL (found in the “Instructions” tab)
8. Enable events: Payment sale completed Checkout order approved

💳 Stripe Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• Publishable Key & Secret Key
• Webhook Signing Secret

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard
2. Navigate to API Keys → Copy your Live Keys
3. Paste them into LinkFox
4. Go to Developers → Webhooks → Add Endpoint
5. Enter your unique Webhook URL from LinkFox
6. Select checkout.session.completed as your event
7. Reveal and copy your Signing Secret, then paste it into LinkFox

 Crypto.com Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• Publishable Key & Secret Key
• Signature Secret

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log in to Crypto.com Merchant Portal
2. Go to Developers → Copy your API keys
3. In the Webhooks tab, click Add Webhook
4. Paste in your LinkFox Webhook URL
5. After saving, copy your Signature Secret Key and paste it into LinkFox

🇮🇳 Razorpay Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• Key ID & Secret
• Webhook Secret

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log into Razorpay Dashboard
2. Go to Settings → API Keys → Generate Keys
3. Paste them into LinkFox
4. Go to Webhooks → Click Add Webhook
5. Paste your unique Webhook URL
6. Create a secret (your webhook password), check payment_link.paid, and save
7. Copy the Webhook Secret and paste it into LinkFox

🌍 Paystack Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• Public Key & Secret Key
• Webhook URL

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log into Paystack Dashboard
2. Go to Settings → API Keys & Webhooks
3. Copy your keys and paste them into LinkFox
4. Paste your Webhook URL (found in the “Instructions” tab)

🇳🇱 Mollie Setup

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• API Key

📌 How to Set Up:

1. Log into Mollie Dashboard
2. Go to Developers → API Keys
3. Copy your Live API Key and paste it into LinkFox
4. Add your LinkFox-provided Webhook URL for transaction updates

🔹 Step 4: Save and Go Live

• Double-check your credentials, keys, and webhook setup
• Click Update to finalize your payment processor setup
• You're now ready to receive payments through your LinkFox bio page or product blocks 💸🧡

Once connected, you can add your processor to blocks like:

• Buy Now, Tip Jar, Product, or Service
• These can be styled to match your page and drive action instantly
